1. Registration and Payment 

• Full Payment: Full payment for the camp is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. 
• No Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable, as outlined in our **Non-Refund Policy**. Please review this policy prior to completing your registration.

2. Camp Participation

• Age and Skill Level: Champs HTX camps are open to participants within the specified age range for each camp. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the participant is registered for the appropriate camp based on age and skill level.
• Health and Safety: By enrolling in the camp, you certify that the participant is physically able to participate in all camp activities. If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or requires special assistance, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to the camp.
• Medical Attention: In the event of a medical emergency, Champs HTX staff may seek emergency medical care for the participant. All medical expenses are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

3. Conduct and Behavior

• Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to the Champs HTX code of conduct. This includes respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and other campers, as well as adherence to all facility rules. Any participant who fails to comply with the code of conduct may be dismissed from the camp without a refund.
• Property Damage: Participants and their families are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused by negligence or intentional actions.

4. Media Release

• Photography and Videography: By participating in the camp, you consent to Champs HTX using photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include your child’s likeness for promotional purposes. These materials may be used in marketing, social media, and on our website.

5. Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in Champs HTX Baseball Camp involves physical activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents. By registering, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for these risks on behalf of the participant.
• Release of Liability:  Champs HTX, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the camp. You hereby waive and release Champs HTX from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, arising from camp participation.

6. Cancellations and Changes

• Champs HTX Cancellations: Champs HTX reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any camp or session due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Champs HTX will offer a full refund or credit at its discretion.
• Participant Cancellations: In the event that a participant cannot attend a camp for any reason, the **No Refund Policy** will apply. No refunds or credits will be issued for participant cancellations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

By registering for Champs HTX Baseball Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
